Domestic Returns
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days from the shipped date, and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item(s) for a different size or color, if preferred.
- Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, with price tags intact.
- All return packages we received past 14 days will not be accepted and will become a FINAL SALE.International Returns

Any shoes and/or sandals returned with signs of wear, scratch, or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will prohibit your return. We can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition. We recommend only trying shoes on in a carpeted area for a very limited time.- Your return should contain the undamaged box and original packaging plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment.
- Returns that do not meet our requirements will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
All returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.
Instead of exchanging an item, we recommend you buy the correct item you want now, before it sells out and returning your unused / unworn items for a refund.
For return from Domestic, please allow 2 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. For return from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
All refused/unclaimed shipments will result in 20% restocking charge plus shipping cost occurred, which includes any customs fees, taxes or duties that may apply to your orders.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless we have sent the incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item.
FINAL SALES: All sales of E-Gift certificates, jewerly, and items marked as "Sale" are final. Final sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

Why did I not receive TMN BOUTIQUE information in my Yahoo E-mail?We try our best to communicate with our customers; however, Yahoo frequently blocks us or puts us as spam. We find this issue in Yahoo, not Gmail, not Hotmail. Sometime the messages go through, sometime they do not. There is a way to correct this problem is add a filter name in your Yahoo email account. Follow the below instructions:
- Login your Yahoo e-mail account
- Look on top-right corner for "Options"
- Click on Options -> Mail Options
- Click on Filters
- Click on Add, or Create
- Fill out the information as shown in this picture:
- Click on "Save Changes" or "Add Filter". You're done.

International Shipping

USPS Priority Mail International: 6 to 12 business days from the shipped date, exclude holidays.
USPS Express Mail International: 5 to 7 business days from the shipped date, exclude holidays.

At checkout, we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we are not shipping to your country at this time.
