How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "My Account / Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. If you need to change or cancel your order, please notify us at sales@tmn-boutique.com less than 24 hours.

How do I track my order?

Click the "My Account / Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

How do I create an account?
1) Click the "My Account / Login" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Click on "Create an Account".
3) Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other companies and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account / Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

I forgot my password.

Click the "My Account / Login" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login boxes, you'll see a link that says "Forgot Your Password?" and just click on it. Due to security purposes, that link will send an email to you with your new password. Once you logged in, you can change your password at anytime.

Why did I not receive TMN BOUTIQUE information in my Yahoo E-mail?

We try our best to communicate with our customers; however, Yahoo frequently blocks us or puts us as spam. We find this issue in Yahoo, not Gmail, not Hotmail. Sometime the messages go through, sometime they do not. There is a way to correct this problem is add a filter name in your Yahoo email account. Follow the below instructions:
- Login your Yahoo e-mail account
- Look on top-right corner for "Options"
- Click on Options -> Mail Options
- Click on Filters
- Click on Add, or Create
- Fill out the information as shown in this picture:



- Click on "Save Changes" or "Add Filter". You're done.

Domestic Shipping

The items you ordered are in stock it will most likely be processed and shipped out within the next 24 hours. Once an order has processed and shipped, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. A separate email with tracking number will be sent to you.

USPS Priority Mail Domestic: Delivery takes 2-3 business days to arrive. Exclude holidays.

International Shipping

Estimate Delivery time :
USPS Priority Mail International: 6 to 12 business days from the shipped date, exclude holidays.
USPS Express Mail International: 5 to 7 business days from the shipped date, exclude holidays.

Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Do you ship to my country?
At checkout, we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we are not shipping to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?
At the checkout page, you may choose either Credit Card or PayPal as payment method.

Note: You don't have to register with Paypal to use their service. To pay for your order they would need your complete payment information.

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

PRICING & BILLING

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales Tax only applies to California Residents. It's currently 8.75%.

I have a question on my charges.

I need a copy of my receipt / invoice.
Click the "My Account / Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to view / print invoices.

When will my credit appear on my account?
For return from Domestic, please allow 2 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. For return from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
